  • This workshop follows the arc of the Hero’s Journey—helping participants step into their own strength with the support of horses, facilitators, and community. Each session blends experiential learning, play, group discussion, and somatic exercises with the herd.

    Participants will:

    ✔ Learn to communicate feelings & needs with confidence
    ✔ Respond to bullying and narcissism with strength
    ✔ Connect compassionately—without losing themselves
