New Year. New Us.
A research-based workshop for couples ready to reconnect, reboot, or build a stronger foundation — together.
The Gottman 7 Principles Program — 40+ years of research.
12 hours of practical tools.
One transformative weekend.
What This Is
The Gottman 7 Principles Program is a skills-based workshop built on 40+ years of research with thousands of couples. It's not therapy—it's practical training in what actually makes relationships work.
Over 12 hours, you’ll move through guided exercises that deepen friendship, improve communication, and create shared meaning. You’ll leave with tools you can use immediately—and a stronger foundation for whatever comes next.
Who This is For
Building a Foundation
Engaged or newly married couples who want to start strong. Learn the skills now—before small issues become entrenched patterns.
Relationship Reboot
You've been together 15, 20, 30 years. The marriage is good, but you've started coasting. Kids are leaving, careers are shifting, life is changing. This is your chance to be intentional again—to reconnect before you drift further apart.
Reigniting the Spark
You're not disconnected, just... busy. Life got full, and somewhere along the way you stopped being intentional. This is your chance to put your relationship back at the center.
What This is Not
This isn’t couples counseling. You won’t be processing past conflicts or working through specific relationship issues with a therapist. Instead, you’ll learn and practice skills—together—that improve communication, reduce conflict, and increase connection and intimacy.
If you'd like support applying these tools to your specific situation afterward, follow-up coaching and referrals to couples therapists are available.
This program is not a fit for couples currently experiencing:
Physical conflict or domestic violence
Active, untreated substance abuse
Untreated serious mental illness
If any of these apply, please seek support from a licensed therapist or counselor first. We're happy to provide referrals.

What You’ll Learn
The workshop covers all seven of Dr. John Gottman's research-based principles, practical tools for friendship, trust, conflict, and shared meaning. You'll leave with a deeper understanding of what makes your relationship work and what gets in the way.
You’ll learn skills for:
• Strengthening friendship and intimacy
• Navigating conflict more constructively
• Supporting each other’s dreams
This is experiential. You won't just hear about the principles—you'll practice them together during the workshop.
