A fully customized, trauma-informed healing retreat designed for people who want meaningful, accelerated emotional work in a private, supportive setting.
These retreats blend Equine Gestalt, somatic Gestalt, HeartMath® regulation, and integration practices to support trauma processing, nervous-system regulation, grief and identity transitions, relationship repair, burnout recovery, and deep personal breakthroughs.
Retreats are facilitated by Erika Lehmann, PhD, a trauma-aware somatic practitioner and Equine Gestaltist®, with optional co-facilitators to support your group’s needs.
Who This Is For
These retreats are intentionally intimate, deep, and emotionally catalytic.
They are appropriate for:
✔ Individuals processing trauma, life transitions, grief, or deep emotional patterns.
✔ Couples doing somatic relationship repair or reconnection work.
✔ Small Groups (2–12 participants) intentionally gathering for deep healing.
Who This Is Not For
This is not recreational work.
It is grounded, vulnerable, somatic healing intended for people who are emotionally ready.
This work is deeply somatic and emotionally catalytic.
To protect the safety of participants, these retreats are not appropriate for corporate groups, wedding parties, bachelor/ette groups, or recreational gatherings.

Ground-based emotional and somatic processing with rescued mustangs.
No riding—just presence, reflection, and profound breakthroughs.

Gestalt Deep Process (without Horses)
Somatic dialogue, parts work, and values-centered healing.
Excellent when weather limits outdoor work or for afternoon sessions.

Evidence-based techniques and biofeedback to support coherence, grounding, and emotional integration.
Sound Bath / Vibrational Integration
Crystal bowls + gong designed to settle the nervous system after deep processing.

Breath-led core work to anchor and stabilize after emotional release.

How We Design a Custom Retreat
1. Initial Conversation
We discuss your goals, emotional history, group dynamics, and readiness.
2. Choose Your Modalities
Select 1–2 deep modalities + 1 integration practice per day.
3. Location Planning
Equine sessions are held at Pikes Peak Ranch or at our Florissant sanctuary.
Gestalt, HeartMath, sound bath, yoga, and Pilates can be held onsite at Pikes Peak Ranch.
Guided sensory immersion hikes can be an add-on at our Florissant sanctuary
4. Retreat Schedule Proposal
You receive a custom schedule based on your duration, group size, and goals.
5. Pricing Proposal
A transparent quote combining session fees + travel fees + any co-facilitator options.

Final investment is customized based on modalities, group size, and facilitator availability.
Deep Process Work 3-hour session, up to 4 participants: $1,200 3-hour session • 5–12 participants: $2,400 (Groups over 4 require two facilitators for emotional safety. Maximum 12.)
Integration Modalities HeartMath: $200/hour • Sound Bath: $500/hour • Yoga: $250/hour • Pilates: $250/hour • Sensory Immersion Hike: $500
Travel Fees Equine work at PPR: $750–$1,000/day • Gestalt only at PPR: $100/day (small group) • Large group (2 facilitators): +$200/day
About Your Facilitator
Dr. Erika Lehmann, PhD
Trauma-Informed Somatic Practitioner • Equine Gestaltist® • Equine Facilitator™ • HeartMath® Coach • Gottman 7 Principles Leader
Erika is a trauma-aware somatic practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in human behavior, systems change, and emotional healing work. She holds a PhD and is trained in Equine Gestalt®, somatic process work, HeartMath® nervous-system regulation, and relationship-focused facilitation.
Erika’s work blends grounded science with intuitive emotional attunement. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental container where individuals and couples can process trauma, reconnect with themselves, and access meaningful breakthrough moments. Her approach is gentle, direct, and deeply compassionate—meeting each client exactly where they are, without pushing or forcing.
Erika facilitates all retreats personally and may bring in additional vetted practitioners when a deeper or multi-layered experience is desired.

Renee bridges science and soul through her integration of Equine Gestalt, shamanic healing, energetic medicine, and the Energetic Economy operating system. Her work helps people understand their energetic patterns, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with deeper awareness.
Partnering with the intuitive intelligence of horses, she blends somatic processes with energy-based insight, guiding clients to discern between conditioned responses and authentic alignment. Renee holds a coherent field that feels steady, compassionate, and deeply grounding—where insight becomes clear and emotional unwinding feels safe.

Sandra brings a unique blend of life experience, compassion, and expertise to her work with clients. Married over 30 years as a firefighter's wife, she learned the value of resilience, adaptability, and trust in the face of uncertainty. As a mother of two, together they navigated the joys and challenges of family life. Her twelve years as a medical professional developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of individuals and with fifteen years in church ministry and leadership it has taught her the importance of a vibrant faith, integrity, and humility to serve others. Additionally, her role as a caregiver for several loved ones dealing with cancer has given her a profound appreciation for the complexities of the human journey and the need for compassionate support.
