What This Is

A private 3 hour experiential learning session designed for corporate teams and leadership groups who want something meaningful, memorable, and grounded during their retreat at Arcadia Villa.

This work blends communication, presence, and leadership awareness — brought to life through real-time interaction with rescued wild mustangs. No riding, no horse experience needed.

We come directly to Arcadia Villa, or your group can meet us at our quiet 65-acre sanctuary in Florissant.

Sessions are held in an open outdoor area (weather permitting).

Who This Is For

  • Corporate teams on retreat or planning

  • Executive teams and leadership groups

  • Mastermind groups or entrepreneurial cohorts

  • Nonprofit leadership or boards

  • Strategic planning retreats

  • Department teams needing reset, clarity, or cohesion

  • Groups that want a meaningful shared experience beyond standard team-building

What You’ll Experience

Your session includes:

  • A short, engaging introduction to how horses read and respond to human communication

  • Grounded, guided exercises with rescued mustangs

  • Real-time feedback about presence, clarity, teamwork, and leadership

  • Insightful reflection and facilitated discussion

  • A blend of experiential learning, connection, and memorable moments

This is practical, embodied learning that teams can apply immediately.

Why it Works

Horses respond to intention, clarity, and leadership with remarkable accuracy.

Teams see instantly:

  • Where communication is aligned

  • Where roles or expectations are unclear

  • How individuals step into (or out of) leadership

  • How the group makes decisions under pressure

  • What shifts when the team becomes more cohesive and present

The result: Teams leave with clearer communication, stronger trust, and practical insights they can apply immediately.
