Booking Policies

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Check-in: 3pm

• Check-out: noon.

• No smoking, no pets.

• House rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10p-7am

  • No smoking anywhere on the property, other than inside your private vehicle

Retreat packages may include lodging, coaching or facilitation time, equine experiences, workshops, or other structured activities.

Cancellation Policy — Retreat Packages

30+ Days Before Retreat Start Date:
• Full refund minus a 4% processing and administrative fee.

15–29 Days Before Retreat:
• 50% refund of the total package price.

Within 15 Days of Retreat or No-Show:
• No refund is available.
• Bookings may be transferred to another participant at no additional charge (must be arranged in advance).
