Booking Policies

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Check-in: 3pm, unless other written arrangements have been made.

  • Check-out: 12:00 pm (noon), unless other written arrangements have been made.

  • Pets are not permitted.

House rules

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property except inside your private vehicle.

  • Guests are expected to follow all safety instructions related to horses, goats, ranch operations, and equine activities.

Retreat packages may include lodging, coaching or facilitation time, equine experiences, workshops, or other structured activities, depending on the package selected.

Cancellation Policy — Retreat Packages

60+ Days Before Retreat Start Date:
• Full refund minus a 4% processing and administrative fee.

30-59 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
• 75% refund of the total package price.

15–29 Days Before Retreat Start Date:
• 50% refund of the total package price.

Within 14 Days of Retreat Start Date or No-Show:
• No refund is available.
• Bookings may be transferred to another participant at no additional charge (must be arranged in advance).
