Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

We understand that life happens, and we've designed our policies to be as fair as possible while protecting the integrity of our scheduling and the availability for other clients.

Online Sessions (Video/Phone)

Cancellation window: 24 hours

  • Cancel with 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule

  • Cancel within 24 hours: No refund or credit

  • No-shows are charged the full session fee

Individual/Group Horse Sessions (1-2 hours)

Cancellation window: 48 hours

  • Cancel with 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule

  • Cancel within 48 hours: No refund or credit

  • No-shows are charged the full session fee

Team-Building/Group Workshops, Half-Day & Full-Day Programs (3+ hours)

Payment: 50% deposit due at booking, remaining 50% due 30 days before your session

  • 60+ days advance notice: Full refund minus 4% credit card processing fee

  • 30-59 days advance notice: Deposit transfers to future date (must rebook within 12 months)

  • 7-29 days advance notice: 50% refund of total amount paid

  • Less than 7 days: No refund or credit

Multi-Day Intensives & Retreat Packages

Payment: 50% deposit due at booking, remaining 50% due 30 days before your arrival

  • 60+ days advance notice: Full refund minus 4% credit card processing fee

  • 30-59 days advance notice: Deposit transfers to future date (must rebook within 12 months)

  • 7-29 days advance notice: 50% refund of total amount paid

  • Less than 7 days: No refund or credit

Please note: Multi-day programs block our entire operation including short-term rental availability and other client bookings. We appreciate your understanding of these policies.

Hardship Clause

In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us directly. We'll work with you to find a solution that honors both your situation and our business needs.

Weather & Safety

If we need to cancel or modify your session due to unsafe weather conditions or horse welfare concerns, you'll receive a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no charge.
