Scheduling & Cancellation Policies

We understand that life happens, and we've designed our policies to be as fair as possible while protecting the integrity of our scheduling and the availability for other clients.

Individual/Group Horse Sessions or Online Sessions (1-2 hours)

Cancellations with 48+ hours' notice
Refund less any non-refundable credit card processing fees.

Cancellations within 48 hours
No refund.

No-shows
The full session fee will be charged.

Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session at no additional charge.

Once a session has been rescheduled, the new session date is non-refundable.

If Mustang Wisdom cancels a session at any time for any reason other than weather, you will receive a full refund (see our full weather policy below).

Team-Building/Group Workshops, Half-Day & Full-Day Programs (3+ hours)

Payment: 50% deposit due at booking, remaining 50% due 30 days before your session

  • 60+ days advance notice: Full refund minus 4% credit card processing fee

  • 30-59 days advance notice: Deposit transfers to future date (must rebook within 12 months)

  • 7-29 days advance notice: 50% refund of total amount paid

  • Less than 7 days: No refund or credit

Hardship Clause

In cases of serious illness, family emergency, or other extraordinary circumstances, please contact us directly. We'll work with you to find a solution that honors both your situation and our business needs.

Weather

Colorado weather is variable, and we work outdoors in most conditions.

If, on the day of your session, the CoTrip app shows icy or snow-covered roads between Colorado Springs and Mustang Wisdom, you may:

  • Reschedule your session at no additional charge, or

  • Cancel and receive a refund, less any non-refundable credit card processing fees.
