$100 non-refundable booking fee reserves your spot in a retreat

50% of the retreat cost is due within one week of booking your spot

The remaining cost is due 30 days prior to the event. If you are booking less than 30 days before the retreat, payment in full is due at the time of booking

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event: Full refund (minus booking fee)

Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to the event: 50% refund (minus booking fee)

Cancellation 14 days or less prior to the event: No refund

IF Mustang Wisdom cancels a retreat at any time, for any reason, a full refund will be given

Please let us know about any dietary restrictions more than 30 days before the retreat. If our caterer cannot accommodate your food restrictions, we will offer you the choice of 1) a full refund, or 2) the opportunity to bring your own food to the retreat

If you reach out to us 30 days or less before the retreat about dietary restrictions, we cannot guarantee that our caterer will be able to fulfill them. No refund will be given in this situation

Our caterer cannot guarantee that food will not be cross-contaminated. If you have severe allergies, please consider bringing your own food to our event
